Liquid smoke by Outdoor Magic is all natural smoke flavour. Maple has a mild and slightly sweet flavour. Use Maple wood with poultry and small game birds. Vegetables and cheeses are often grilled with Maple.
Instructions for use:
Add approx. 2 tablespoons of liquid smoker per KG of meat or kg of stock. Spray or baste lightly over meat and vegetables prior to cooking or grilling.
