There is a reason that Weber Barbecues have become such a loved addition to our backyards. They are so much more than just a Grill. Did you know you can Roast, Bake and even make Desserts, all taking advantage of that unique Weber flavour and style of cooking.

Grlling

From Sausages and Chops to Burgers and Steaks, but there is so much more you can grill on a Weber. It is time to embrace the grill on your barbecue.

The key to grilling with your Weber barbecue is all about the lid down cooking system. By keeping the lid down when grilling you are keeping all of the smoke inside the barbecue, and where there is smoke there is flavour. But more than just flavour, it also results in a more even heat across your barbecue resulting in more evenly cooked food.

Grilling though isn't just about Sausages and Chops. Check out our favourite recipes below for some inspiration and see how you can level up your grilling game.

Roasting

Want to take the Sunday roast to the next level? It's time to try a roast on your Weber!

We know about the amazing flavour you get when grilling on a Weber, but did you know you can get the same amazing flavour we've come to love when roasting? When roasting on a Weber it's all about getting as much flavour as possible. Allowing oils and fats to drain away from your roast and vaporise these to turn them into smoke is the secret key to impressing the whole family no matter the night of the week.

Whether it be a full joint (Leg of Lamb or Pork Shoulder) or a Butterflied Chicken, the same principle applies.

But why not take it even further? Why not try and roast a whole fish?

Low & Slow

Low & Slow is the ultimate expression of barbecue. Ribs, Pulled Pork, Sausages and of course you cant forget... BRISKET!

Low & Slow is just as the name suggests, cooking at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. Traditionally this was done to cheaper cuts of meat like Brisket and Pork Shoulder to ensure a tender result that was full of flavour - and when doing Low & Slow on a Weber, it's all about the smoke. We can add smoke by adding Wood Chunks to a Charcoal barbecue, or using a smoker box with wood chips on a Gas barbecue (like the Weber Q).

Another way to really elevate your Low & Slow game is to add a dry rub, its a really effective way of giving your food an extra boost of flavour and did you know Weber have a range of barbecue rubs that were developed in Australia?
