Low & slow smoking:
The smoker boxes sit underneath the cooking grills, on the trivets at either end of the main burner.

Hot smoking (roasting)
The smoker boxes sit on top of the cooking grill, alongside the roasting setup. (Convection tray & Roasting Trivet)
