At 400mm x 400mm it’s compact but still comes with all the goodies - big juice groove, heavy duty rubber feet, and finger grooves.
*Sizes are approximate – Our boards are made from reclaimed or repurposed timbers and we try to get the most use out of this resource, so we don’t believe in cutting down and wasting to achieve an exact size.
The Australian Brisket Board™ started life from the love of food and a vision to make high quality and customised timber boards more accessible to everyone. Recognising that the market was saturated with cheap inferior quality products on the shelves of both low end and high end stores, we set out to create efficiencies in the labour intensive craft of board making to achieve the right balance of quality and price.
We use reclaimed or sustainably sourced timber, and all boards are finished in food grade oils and natural beeswax . We make our products from start to finish in our dedicated workshop and are 100% Australian made and owned.
