Adjustable Rack System

Imagine; slow cooked pork ribs, beef short ribs, a whole picana, corn on the cob, hanging a Tomahawk steak or leg of lamb - all cooked to perfection with delicious wood flavour.

The Adjustable Rack system is a grill/rack that raises and lowers above the fire pit, while stabilised on two solid stainless steel guide posts.

The Overhead Rack component has an easy one- handed operation hook on it, to lift the rack with the chain and set it at your desired cooking height based on winds and fire temp and type of cook being done.

Meat Hooks

Meat Hooks from 4mm 304 Stainless Steel. Slightly wide open “S” shape with super sharp tips for pushing through sinew or thick sections of meat. Then hang it up from the rack system, either above or below the rack for epic low and slow cooking.
