WHaving purchase a Weber Baby Q here about a year ago I went back when I needed a bigger Weber 4 burner BBQ. I am glad I did as the service here is excellent. Kerry who helped with my purchase was outstanding from start to finish. Firstly, when parking was difficult, she helped me park my car at the rear of the store. Even through Kerry was aware that I had placed the BBQ on hold and therefore likely to purchase it, she spent a lot of time explaining the features of the BBQ and showed me how it should be cleaned, and even took me to an already cleaned BBQ to give me an indication of the cleaning process. She then explained the various cooking options and the best accessories to purchase. Even though I had done a bit of research prior to purchase, Kerry provided me with information that I would not have otherwise known. Finally, when it came to delivery of the unit, Kerry organized for it to be delivered the same afternoon. While there may be other Weber stores in Melbourne, excellent customer service like this is hard to beat.

We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.
