Accessories & Bases We purchased our dream outdoor kitchen complete with inbuilt Weber and bar fridge from Heat and Grill Richmond in November. We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.

Peter BillimoriaI had never heard of Heat & Grill until my recent purchase. I was searching online for Yeti cups, and Heat & Grill had the best prices of any other retailer, both in store and online. Not only did Heat & Grill have the best price, but they had many colours and styles of cups and accessories that were not available anywhere else, including the Yeti website. I was initially surprised that they didn't offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, and instead they charge a $10 flat shipping fee. I soon learned why this is the case; they don't use Australia Post as their delivery partner. Best decision ever, and the $10 delivery fee is totally worth it, in my opinion. I submitted my order on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived at my door less than two days later, on Friday morning. Granted, both Heat & Grill and I are located in Melbourne, but I've had standard Australia Post deliveries take in excess of 10 days within Melbourne. The cups arrived in perfect condition. They were well-packed and wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box. I also made a phone enquiry to the Richmond store, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager explained further about the $10 flat delivery fee. Apparently, it doesn't even fully cover their shipping expenditure. They choose to use couriers because they provide a faster and more reliable service. In this day and age, it is quite a pleasant surprise to encounter this level of customer service and care for customers by a retailer. I'm very impressed, and I highly recommend Heat & Grill.

Attended a BBQ course with Lachie at the store, so many great BBQing tips, delicious rubs, an incredibly big and varied menu cooked in front of you on a bank of Webers. Best of all we got to eat all of the food in a relaxed environment (10 guests) with a glass or two of wine. All questions answered and can't wait to try the recipes.
Having purchase a Weber Baby Q here about a year ago I went back when I needed a bigger Weber 4 burner BBQ. I am glad I did as the service here is excellent. Kerry who helped with my purchase was outstanding from start to finish. Firstly, when parking was difficult, she helped me park my car at the rear of the store. Even through Kerry was aware that I had placed the BBQ on hold and therefore likely to purchase it, she spent a lot of time explaining the features of the BBQ and showed me how it should be cleaned, and even took me to an already cleaned BBQ to give me an indication of the cleaning process. She then explained the various cooking options and the best accessories to purchase. Even though I had done a bit of research prior to purchase, Kerry provided me with information that I would not have otherwise known. Finally, when it came to delivery of the unit, Kerry organized for it to be delivered the same afternoon. While there may be other Weber stores in Melbourne, excellent customer service like this is hard to beat.

My husband Graeme attended the cooking class with Lachie and was absolutely blown away by the whole experience.Not only are you shown how to cook amazing dishes you get to eat them all as well! Highly recommends and will do another class.
