We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.

North Melbourne is an inner-city suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 3 km (1.9 mi) north-west of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Melbourne local government area. Since July 2008 its local government area has been the City of Melbourne, when it took over the administration of parts of Kensington and North Melbourne that were previously under the City of Moonee Valley, resulting in an increase of approximately 4760 residents and almost 3000 workers (2006 Census).Formerly known as Hotham, it was essentially a working class area, with some middle class pockets, and was one of the first towns in Victoria to be granted Municipal status. Today it continues to undergo gentrification, noted for its Victorian architecture, cosmopolitan demographic, commercial and older industrial areas. == History == North Melbourne's first institutions were built in the 1840s, beginning with a cattle yard. At this time the area was not well defined and included Parkville and Royal Park, as well as a part of West Melbourne. In the 1850s a Benevolent Asylum was built between Abbotsford and Curzon Streets, coinciding with the desire to find space to accommodate the growing population from the gold rush. (The Asylum remained a feature of the area until its move to Cheltenham in 1911.) In 1859 the area separated from the City of Melbourne and proclaimed as the municipal Borough of Hotham, after the Governor of Victoria Charles Hotham. Hotham Post Office opened on 20 March 1860. By 1861, Hotham had a population of over 7,000.
If you want to get the best out of your BBQ then attending the cooking class with Lachie and his team is a must. I gained so much from the class and I looking forward to impressing my friends. Attended the cooking class a few days ago with my daughter, father's day present that I just got around to. What a great experience and great gift for anyone for any reason. Restaurant quality food, great variety and plenty of it, and not shy on the drinks. Beats going to a restaurant any day. Great cooking tips and time to look around the store and load up on purchases, with a discount. Great staff and very attentive to your food and drink needs. Overall, a great experience. After finding a great deal on a Weber genesis on the Heat and Grill /Richmond website, I was refreshed to talk to someone from the team on the phone, who were extremely helpful and courteous and assisted me with follow up calls to ensure my new grill was sent out to me as efficiently as possible. Thumbs up to you guys, extremely professional service all-round. I will also have to mention that this barbecue is a beast, I christened it last night with one of the best cooked ribeyes I’ve ever had.
I bought a Yeti Tundra 35 from Heat & Grill Richmond Victoria even though I live in Adelaide. They had the best price, shipping and a trouble free lay-by system. Very happy with the service and the cooler is awesome.
