Accessories & Bases We purchased our dream outdoor kitchen complete with inbuilt Weber and bar fridge from Heat and Grill Richmond in November. We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.

If you want to get the best out of your BBQ then attending the cooking class with Lachie and his team is a must. I gained so much from the class and I looking forward to impressing my friends. Honestly, go for it. It is a great night, the food is just so delicious and such a warm, welcoming environment. Thank you Heat and Grill. I am looking forward to coming back to the store
Attended the cooking class a few days ago with my daughter, father's day present that I just got around to. What a great experience and great gift for anyone for any reason. Restaurant quality food, great variety and plenty of it, and not shy on the drinks. Beats going to a restaurant any day. Great cooking tips and time to look around the store and load up on purchases, with a discount. Great staff and very attentive to your food and drink needs. Overall, a great experience. After finding a great deal on a Weber genesis on the Heat and Grill /Richmond website, I was refreshed to talk to someone from the team on the phone, who were extremely helpful and courteous and assisted me with follow up calls to ensure my new grill was sent out to me as efficiently as possible. Thumbs up to you guys, extremely professional service all-round. I will also have to mention that this barbecue is a beast, I christened it last night with one of the best cooked ribeyes I’ve ever had.
I bought a Yeti Tundra 35 from Heat & Grill Richmond Victoria even though I live in Adelaide. They had the best price, shipping and a trouble free lay-by system. Very happy with the service and the cooler is awesome.
These guys are amazing! I had ordered some items online and put my shipping details in, not seeing it was click and collect only. Gave them a ring and sent an email. They were so happy to get this posted to me. Amazing!
