Stihl Battery Blower We purchased our dream outdoor kitchen complete with inbuilt Weber and bar fridge from Heat and Grill Richmond in November. We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.

Within minutes of placing my order, I recieved a call from a lovely salesperson Kerry, and she briefed me with instructions of how to use the Weber q. She was so kind and offered to drop it off to me on the same day after hearing that it was for a Father's day gift. It really made our day, and my husband absolutely loves his bbq. Had our first grilled steaks for lunch today! Will certainly be coming back to buy accessories for the weber q from Heat & Grill in Richmond after the lockdown. Thank you! 😀

Maidstone is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 8 km (5.0 mi) north-west of Melbourne's Central Business District, located with the City of Maribyrnong local government area. My first weber purchased got the family q, all my questions were answered staff was so friendly and new what thay are selling and also got some tips now to cook with it and it's been amazing 😊 very happy.
