Had been looking at BBQs since November - John was always patient and helpful on each occasion that I attended the store - two weeks ago I ended up purchasing two BBQs from Cameron who delivered both to separate addresses - I can not speak more highly of the staff and their service - I recommend to anyone that if you want a Weber or accessories to go to see them. linda summerfieldHaving purchase a Weber Baby Q here about a year ago I went back when I needed a bigger Weber 4 burner BBQ. I am glad I did as the service here is excellent. Kerry who helped with my purchase was outstanding from start to finish. Firstly, when parking was difficult, she helped me park my car at the rear of the store. Even through Kerry was aware that I had placed the BBQ on hold and therefore likely to purchase it, she spent a lot of time explaining the features of the BBQ and showed me how it should be cleaned, and even took me to an already cleaned BBQ to give me an indication of the cleaning process. She then explained the various cooking options and the best accessories to purchase. Even though I had done a bit of research prior to purchase, Kerry provided me with information that I would not have otherwise known. Finally, when it came to delivery of the unit, Kerry organized for it to be delivered the same afternoon. While there may be other Weber stores in Melbourne, excellent customer service like this is hard to beat.
ferneiI had never heard of Heat & Grill until my recent purchase. I was searching online for Yeti cups, and Heat & Grill had the best prices of any other retailer, both in store and online. Not only did Heat & Grill have the best price, but they had many colours and styles of cups and accessories that were not available anywhere else, including the Yeti website. I was initially surprised that they didn't offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, and instead they charge a $10 flat shipping fee. I soon learned why this is the case; they don't use Australia Post as their delivery partner. Best decision ever, and the $10 delivery fee is totally worth it, in my opinion. I submitted my order on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived at my door less than two days later, on Friday morning. Granted, both Heat & Grill and I are located in Melbourne, but I've had standard Australia Post deliveries take in excess of 10 days within Melbourne. The cups arrived in perfect condition. They were well-packed and wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box. I also made a phone enquiry to the Richmond store, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager explained further about the $10 flat delivery fee. Apparently, it doesn't even fully cover their shipping expenditure. They choose to use couriers because they provide a faster and more reliable service. In this day and age, it is quite a pleasant surprise to encounter this level of customer service and care for customers by a retailer. I'm very impressed, and I highly recommend Heat & Grill.

If you want to get the best out of your BBQ then attending the cooking class with Lachie and his team is a must. I gained so much from the class and I looking forward to impressing my friends. Honestly, go for it. It is a great night, the food is just so delicious and such a warm, welcoming environment. Thank you Heat and Grill. I am looking forward to coming back to the store
Attended the cooking class a few days ago with my daughter, father's day present that I just got around to. What a great experience and great gift for anyone for any reason. Restaurant quality food, great variety and plenty of it, and not shy on the drinks. Beats going to a restaurant any day. Great cooking tips and time to look around the store and load up on purchases, with a discount. Great staff and very attentive to your food and drink needs. Overall, a great experience. After finding a great deal on a Weber genesis on the Heat and Grill /Richmond website, I was refreshed to talk to someone from the team on the phone, who were extremely helpful and courteous and assisted me with follow up calls to ensure my new grill was sent out to me as efficiently as possible. Thumbs up to you guys, extremely professional service all-round. I will also have to mention that this barbecue is a beast, I christened it last night with one of the best cooked ribeyes I’ve ever had.
I bought a Yeti Tundra 35 from Heat & Grill Richmond Victoria even though I live in Adelaide. They had the best price, shipping and a trouble free lay-by system. Very happy with the service and the cooler is awesome.
These guys are amazing! I had ordered some items online and put my shipping details in, not seeing it was click and collect only. Gave them a ring and sent an email. They were so happy to get this posted to me. Amazing!
