I called to see if the BBQ I was after was available and spoke to John who was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. After our conversation I placed my order online and received my BBQ the very next day. Could not be happier!
Really friendly and helpful staff, great customer service
Great products but little to no customer service. Everytime I come in here, the staff in there just want to talk amongst themselves and offer no assistance. Asked me to check in with the QR code at the counter when I had clearly done it at the front door. Probably didn't see me do that as the staff were too busy talking amongst themselves.
