Adam ZemI had an amazing customer service. I placed an order online for a last minute Father's Day present for my husband. Yes.. naughty me! Within minutes of placing my order, I recieved a call from a lovely salesperson Kerry, and she briefed me with instructions of how to use the Weber q. She was so kind and offered to drop it off to me on the same day after hearing that it was for a Father's day gift. It really made our day, and my husband absolutely loves his bbq. Had our first grilled steaks for lunch today! Will certainly be coming back to buy accessories for the weber q from Heat & Grill in Richmond after the lockdown. Thank you! 😀
Joy LAttended a BBQ course with Lachie at the store, so many great BBQing tips, delicious rubs, an incredibly big and varied menu cooked in front of you on a bank of Webers. Best of all we got to eat all of the food in a relaxed environment (10 guests) with a glass or two of wine. All questions answered and can't wait to try the recipes.

We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.

I got the Weber Q and I love it. Huge shout out to Lachlan for his help and cooking tips. Thank you!

If you want to get the best out of your BBQ then attending the cooking class with Lachie and his team is a must. I gained so much from the class and I looking forward to impressing my friends. Honestly, go for it. It is a great night, the food is just so delicious and such a warm, welcoming environment. Thank you Heat and Grill. I am looking forward to coming back to the store
Attended the cooking class a few days ago with my daughter, father's day present that I just got around to. What a great experience and great gift for anyone for any reason. Restaurant quality food, great variety and plenty of it, and not shy on the drinks. Beats going to a restaurant any day. Great cooking tips and time to look around the store and load up on purchases, with a discount. Great staff and very attentive to your food and drink needs. Overall, a great experience. After finding a great deal on a Weber genesis on the Heat and Grill /Richmond website, I was refreshed to talk to someone from the team on the phone, who were extremely helpful and courteous and assisted me with follow up calls to ensure my new grill was sent out to me as efficiently as possible. Thumbs up to you guys, extremely professional service all-round. I will also have to mention that this barbecue is a beast, I christened it last night with one of the best cooked ribeyes I’ve ever had.
I bought a Yeti Tundra 35 from Heat & Grill Richmond Victoria even though I live in Adelaide. They had the best price, shipping and a trouble free lay-by system. Very happy with the service and the cooler is awesome.
These guys are amazing! I had ordered some items online and put my shipping details in, not seeing it was click and collect only. Gave them a ring and sent an email. They were so happy to get this posted to me. Amazing!
